www.fpfsistemas.net offers several shipping methods that may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as weight, value and destination region.
Shipping costs are shown when registering an order at the store, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:
● Destination region;
● Weight and/or value of the order;
● Chosen shipping method;
● Choice of VAS (Value Added Services).
Store delivery
When choosing the shipping method “In-store pickup”, no postage will be charged.
Shipments via CTT or GLS to mainland Portugal and the islands.

The price list shown in the table applies to the service “{inserir modalidade de envio}”, where delivery is made on the first business day following the shipment of the order.
VAT is added to the prices shown at the legal rate in force.
How the shipment is processed
The dispatch of an order will be made taking into account the shipping method chosen by the consumer when registering the order and only after payment validation.
The order can be shipped by CTT or GLS carriers.
When the order is shipped, the consumer will receive an email where they can confirm the tracking code to track delivery information.
The expected delivery time may vary according to the contracted shipping service or according to the deadline provided in the shipping method description.
